Enhance Health announced the addition of two new members to its executive leadership team, as the company continues to expand rapidly.
Shawn Holt Chief Operating Officer. Formerly the Chief Sales Officer of Ambetter & Wellcare/Centene Corporation. Shawn will be responsible for sales, customer relations, and carrier relationships. Shawn will be reporting to Matthew Herman. He is the CEO and President at Enhance Health.
Christopher Nicolopoulos is the Vice President of Government Relations at Enhance Health. Christopher was previously the New Hampshire Insurance Commissioner. In this role, Christopher will be responsible for strategic planning, engagement, and growing Enhance’s direct government program at all levels. Christopher will report directly to George Lyford. He is the Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel.
Enhance Health, founded in 2021 by Matt Herman with backing from Bain Capital Insurance has seen rapid growth as a result of the record number Americans signing up for ACA health plans by 2022. Enhance Health agents are able to assist individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid in enrolling into ACA plans. Enhance Health’s membership has risen to over 100,000 and it is expanding rapidly into other insurance lines.
Matthew Herman is the CEO and president of Enhance Health.
