Chubb has announced two new leadership appointments for its North America Financial Lines division.
Michael Mollica, Executive Vice President, was appointed to direct Chubb’s Private/Not-For-Profit Management Liability firm within the North America Financial Lines. Mr. Mollica succeeds Leigh Anne Sherman, that has been appointed Division President of ESIS, Inc., a Chubb firm, and a top third-party claims secretary . Within this role, Mr. Mollica will have complete responsibility for directing the organization’s Private/Not-For-Profit Management Liability firm, which concentrates on supplying Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Workplace Violence, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom insurance solutions. He’ll also provide underwriting support for your Underwriting Service Branch (USB), which Offers new and renewal underwriting and services for qualified direction liability product offerings at the U.S.
Who was appointed Executive Vice President and will direct the U.S. Retail Financial Institutions Management Liability company. In this capacity, he’ll oversee a group of underwriters centered on the fixing the management accountability demands of private and public financial institutions, supplying D&O Liability insurance, Professional liability insurance as well as other relevant lines of policy.
